Role Overview:
As a Proposal Engineer/Capture Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and submitting winning proposals for complex projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, define project requirements, and craft compelling proposals that highlight the company's strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements and client specifications to create tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other teams to gather necessary information.
- Develop and present proposals that effectively communicate the company's capabilities and value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance proposal effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in proposal development, capture planning, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of structural steel projects and government contracting processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in proposal management software and tools.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary up to $120K, commensurate with experience.
Interview Process:
- The interview process consists of three stages: an initial Teams interview, followed by a second Teams interview, and concluding with a face-to-face meeting.
